Account information. Email address and profile information you provide.
Payment information. Handled by Paddle and Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or bank details.
Board data. Tasks, deliverables, and comments on your project board.
Public profile data. Maker profiles are public. Buyer information is not.
Usage data. Pages visited, features used, device type, browser. Used for analytics and service improvement.
How We Use Information
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
- Process payments and payouts (via Paddle and Stripe).
- Provide the Service.
- Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized activity.
- Comply with legal obligations.
Third-Party Services
We share data with the following third-party services:
- Paddle and Stripe — payment processing, VAT/tax, invoicing, and payouts. We do not see or store credit card numbers or bank details.
We do not sell your data to anyone. We do not use third-party tracking cookies, ad pixels, or behavioral remarketing.
AI & Maker Tools
Makers may use AI tools to build software. Makers choose their own tools. Buyers may set policies about tool usage for their projects.
Cookies
We use a minimal set of cookies for authentication (session management). We do not use third-party tracking cookies, ad pixels, or analytics that identify individuals.
Data Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. Payment records are retained for 7 years for tax compliance. Project data is retained while your subscription is active.
