Refund Policy

First 7 days. You can request a refund within the first 7 days of your subscription for a full 70% back, no questions asked. The first week is the audition — for both you and your maker.

After the first week. No refunds are issued for completed work. Your maker ships real deliverables every 48 hours — code, analysis, research — and completed work cannot be un-shipped.

Pause anytime. Instead of canceling and losing access, you can pause your subscription at any point after the first week. Your current cycle finishes, then billing stops until you resume. Resume when you’re ready — a new cycle starts.

Cancel anytime. No long-term contract, no minimum. Cancel whenever you want. You own everything shipped to your board up to that day.
